The Lower and Upper Elementary Program
Founded in 1974 by Regine Ebner, M. Ed., The Montessori Schoolhouse is Tucson's oldest Montessori school and has been recognized as one of Tucson's best early education programs. Since receiving a charter for grades K-6 in 1997, The Montessori Schoolhouse has been an award-winning public school and has ranked among the top-performing public schools statewide.
In addition to challenging curricula in Reading and Math, the Elementary program includes World Geography, a full Science curriculum, History, Creative Writing, Social Studies and the Arts.
