THE MONTESSORI SCHOOLHOUSE CHARTER SCHOOL NOTICE OF SCHOOL BOARD MEETING

There will be a Regular School Board Meeting on October 7 2010, at 11:30 a.m. at the Montessori Schoolhouse Charter School, located at 1301 E. Ft. Lowell Rd., Tucson, AZ. This meeting is open to the public. The Board reserves the right to change the order of items on the agenda, with the exception of public hearings.

Persons with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation, such as a sign language interpreter, by contacting Michael Ebner at 319-8668 as soon as possible to allow time to arrange the accommodation.

One or more members of the Board may participate in the meeting by telephonic communication.

Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-432.001.A.2. and A.3., the Board may vote to go into Executive Session, which will not be open to the public, for legal advice concerning any item on this agenda or to review records exempt by law from public inspection.
